We believe the real work of growing a business is not keeping tighter control. It is building the people, systems and trust that give local leaders the confidence and support to take responsibility, develop their teams and keep improving the business.
That changes how we think about growth. A store is not simply another location. It is a place where someone can discover what they are capable of, take genuine responsibility and create a future they may not have seen yet.

Green Chair began with retail stores, but the idea is bigger than a particular brand or format. We keep asking what else the group can build, strengthen or help become possible.
Sometimes that means developing the next leader, improving a system or exploring a partnership or business opportunity that fits our direction and strengthens the group.
Our direction is clear: stronger businesses, capable people and opportunities to grow. We stay flexible in how we get there, building on what works and adapting as new opportunities emerge.
